Do the following exercise.

1. Think of all the times you have opened your mouth to say something really stupid. Count all the times you have said something offensive or hurtful, count all the times you have regretted opening your mouth for such thing.

2. Think of all the times you have kept your mouth shut when you wanted to say something beautiful and nice. Count all the times you didn't say "kiss me", "you smell nice", "thanks","This tastes so good!", "wanna go out sometime again?", "I like you..." 

3. Feel stupid.
